FREE TRAINING FOR CANADIANS, AMERICANS & GLOBAL CITIZENS

How to Legally Turn Your Retirement Account Into a Private, Asset-Secured Lender

Join the free training where we show you the exact legal framework banks hope you never discover — and how to move your retirement funds into secured, "brick and mortar" investments.

HOW IT WORKS

Structure For Global Retirement Saving

A clear, transparent path connecting your registered funds to real, tangible property assets.

You negotiate terms directly with the borrower, your funds move through your SDRSP, and a Global Trust holds everything secure — all coordinated through licensed lawyers.

Your Retirement Account Has Been Losing the Fight Against Inflation for Years.

Most Canadians — and Americans, Brits, Australians, and New Zealanders — have never been told there's another option. Your bank keeps your RRSP, 401(k), or SIPP in low-interest, paper-based products while inflation quietly erodes your purchasing power. Meanwhile, the same institutions use similar capital to fund real estate and industrial projects that generate far higher returns. The rules that let you do the same thing already exist — you were just never shown them.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN IN THIS WEBINAR

  • How to move your RRSP/401(k)/SIPP out of low-interest bank accounts — tax-free

  • The CRA rules that let your retirement account become a private, asset-secured lender

  • Arm's Length vs. Non-Arm's Length lending, and how to stay compliant

  • How your funds get secured against real property, equipment, or infrastructure

  • How this framework applies across Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand

  • How investors, agents, and developers are using this to build new income streams

Don't worry, we can help!

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Governed, Not Guru-Led:

Overseen by a Board of Directors bound by fiduciary duty and duty of care under corporate law — not a single individual making decisions.

Public Company Transparency

Regular financial reporting and audits give investors a visible trail showing exactly where their capital is deployed quarterly.

Government-Recognized Legal Framework

Built on CRA guidelines here in Canada, and equivalent legal frameworks abroad, not an off-the-grid or unregulated arrangement.

Asset-Backed By Design

Capital is tied to tangible collateral like real estate, equipment, or infrastructure, not vague paper-only promises to investors.

🎁Bonus Breakdown:

Arm's Length vs. Non-Arm's Length Explained

Arm's Length Mortgage

(The "Stranger" Rule)

A transaction between two unrelated parties, each acting in their own self-interest.

The Scenario: You lend RRSP funds to an investor you met through networking — a "stranger."

Why it's allowed: With no personal connection, you're assumed to negotiate a fair, market-value rate.

The Benefit: Typically no CMHC insurance required, and more flexibility on terms.

Non-Arm's Length Mortgage

(The "Family/Self" Rule)

A transaction involving related parties — yourself, your spouse, children, parents, or siblings.

The Scenario: Using RRSP funds to pay your own mortgage, or lending to your daughter for her first home.

Why it's Strictly Regulated: Related parties could set a "fake" rate — 0% as a gift, or artificially high to shift taxable income.

The Benefit: CRA allows it, but requires CMHC insurance at market rate — costs that often outweigh the benefit, so most banks avoid it.
